Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your live session bookings at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to pick a new time slot.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, as the instructor has already reserved that time exclusively for you. If you are running late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
